Husband, Father, Brother, Son, & Friend ....
Jesse Allen Blamires will always be remembered in each of our hearts. Jesse was a true HERO in our eyes. He died doing what he loved to do. His dream was to be a pilot and he was on his way to being one.
On May 30, 2007, Jesse was one of seven people killed in Afghanistan when Taliban forces shot down the Army Chinook helicopter he was in.
Jesse was born September 13, 1981 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He attended Skyline High School in Salt Lake. He was formerly employed by the U.S. Army as a Chinook door gunner and a ramp operator. Jesse was an amazing husband, loving father and an honorable soldier. Jesse fought bravely and died a HERO serving our country. We love him and he will be missed but NEVER forgotten. We are proud of Jesse.
Wife Kimberly, and daughters Kalli and Danika- we love you.

Oh Sarah....still don't know what to say, other than the fact that I am grateful for heroes like Jesse. When Michael flies or drives, there is always a gunner and I am so grateful that someone is risking their life to protect my husbands. It gives me goosebumps to think of all the military heroes. That was a very nice tribute to Jesse Blamires.
Hi Sarah & Eric, Paul & I saw this in the church news...we are so sorry for your loss...
