Chicken Chili

Just had to share a YUMMY recipe that a friend gave to me today (thanks Carrie). I actually had everything to make it so at 4:00 I threw everything in the crock pot and by 6:00 we had a fantastic dinner. The best part about it is how EASY it is.

CHICKEN CHILI

2-3 boneless, skinless chic breast boiled and shredded (or use a rotisserie chicken)
1 16 oz jar of Salsa
2 cans Great Northern Beans (entire contents-don't drain)
8 oz Monteray Jack Cheese cubed

Boil the chic 10-15 minutes or until cooked through
and shred.

While the chic is boiling, dump the salsa, entire
contents of cans of beans, and cubed cheese into crock
pot on low.

Add shredded chicken.

Mix cheese when melted. Cook on low until hot and cheese has melted.

You can eat this many ways:
1. as a soup topped with cheese
2. wrap it as a burrito with cheese, sour cream, lettuce... the works
3. use it as a dip with tortilla chips...our favorite's are the Tostitos Lime and Chili

YUMMY! MAKE IT! YOU'LL LOVE IT!!

YIPPEEE! I LOVE SOUP RECIPE'S especially EASY ones!

Can't wait to try it. I'll have to go to the store though! Copying and printing this into my Jessie's Recipe file. We should invent a day of the week where we share a recipe. Like WHAT'S FOR DINNER... WEDNESDAY!? Hmm... what do you think? Will it catch on like the wildfire that is Flashback Friday? Let's try.
